開php檔案內也有一段亂碼,不知是什麼意思?

那段是多餘的程式碼，當初刪的時候沒有注意到，但並不影響運作
目前已重新更改過、上傳過了，有需要可以在下載一次

結果建立出來的權限是 000 (正常至少有644)
怎麼殺也殺不掉
用wed ftp 也不行 用軟體的ftp也不行
然後我看到這篇文章,用了該程式
它顯示 Fail to Remove dir ""!
這個資料名子是 SSS
誰能幫我!!
